Plain summary: pay yearly, use the software, keep your login safe, don't break the law with it. If we let you down badly, you get your money back for the unused part.
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of RozFlow, a service provided by Apothem IT Solutions LLP (LLPIN ACD-1434), Office No. 249, Vision Flora, Pimple Saudagar, Pune 411027. By creating an account, starting a trial, or paying a subscription, you agree to them.
RozFlow is a business tool. It is not for personal or household use.
2. The service
RozFlow is a web-based application for recording attendance (hajeri), managing daily-wage workers, tracking advances, kharchi and site expenses, calculating wages, carrying forward unpaid balances, generating payouts and payslips, and producing reports.
RozFlow does not move money. It calculates what is owed. Paying your workers remains entirely your responsibility.
3. Your account
- You must give accurate information when you register.
- You are responsible for everything done under your login, including by your supervisors.
- Keep your password confidential. Tell us at once if you think it has been compromised.
- You must be 18 or over and legally able to enter a contract.
4. Plans, worker limits and payment
- Starter — up to 50 workers — ₹9,000 per year
- Growth — up to 100 workers — ₹18,000 per year
- Enterprise — unlimited workers — custom pricing
Every plan includes every feature. The only limit is the number of active workers.
Prices are in Indian Rupees. No GST is currently applicable — we are below the registration threshold. If that changes, we will tell you before it affects your renewal. Subscriptions are billed annually in advance and renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before any price change.
If you exceed your worker limit, we will ask you to upgrade. We will not delete your workers.
5. Free trial
The trial runs for 7 days and gives you the whole product. No card is required to start it. If you do not subscribe when it ends, your account is suspended and your data is retained for 30 days so you can still export it.
5a. How the service is delivered
RozFlow is software, not a physical product. Nothing is shipped. Access is granted to your account immediately on activation, and you use it in your browser. There is no delivery charge and no delivery delay.
6. What you must not do
- Use RozFlow to record or facilitate bonded labour, forced labour or child labour.
- Enter personal data about people without a lawful basis for doing so.
- Resell, sublicense or white-label RozFlow without our written agreement.
- Reverse-engineer it, scrape it, or attempt to breach its security.
- Share one account across separate businesses to avoid worker limits.
We may suspend an account that breaches this clause, and we will tell you why.
7. Your data
Your data is yours. We claim no ownership of it. You grant us only the permission we need to host and process it in order to provide the service. You may export it at any time. See our Privacy Policy.
8. Availability
We aim for 99.5% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will give notice of planned maintenance where we can.
9. Accuracy — read this one
RozFlow calculates from what you enter. If you mark the wrong hajeri, record the wrong rate, or miss an advance, the payout will be wrong. Check your figures before you pay anyone.
You remain responsible for complying with all labour, wage and tax law that applies to you. RozFlow is a record-keeping tool, not a compliance guarantee, and it is not legal or accounting advice.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost profits, lost business, or wages you paid incorrectly.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited under Indian law.
11. Ending it
You may cancel at any time; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may terminate your account for a material breach of these Terms, after giving you notice and a reasonable chance to fix it. On termination you have 30 days to export your data.
12. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction. Before going to court, both sides agree to try to resolve the dispute in good faith by talking to each other first.
