RozFlow was built because payroll for daily-wage labour is still done the way it was done fifty years ago — in a paper register, with a pen, on a Sunday.
The problem we kept seeing
A contractor with 80 workers across a dozen sites is running a real business. But at the end of every week he is doing arithmetic by hand: how many days, at what rate, minus the kharchi, minus the advance he gave on Tuesday, plus the ₹1,750 still owed from last month that he half-remembers.
Every existing payroll product assumes a monthly salary, a HR department and a worker with an email address. None of that describes a construction site. So contractors keep using the register — not because they prefer it, but because nothing was built for them.
What we did about it
We built RozFlow around the way the work actually gets paid: a daily rate, a hajeri marked by someone else, advances that come out of next week's wage, and a balance that carries forward because you paid part now and part later.
It uses the words the site already uses — hajeri, kharchi, mistri, bigari — because a tool that makes you learn a new vocabulary is a tool you will stop using by Thursday.
And it asks nothing of your workers. No app, no login, nothing to teach. You mark attendance; RozFlow does the rest.

How we intend to behave
- Your data is yours. We store it. We do not sell it, and we do not mine it. You can export all of it, any day, in one click.
- Every plan gets every feature. We charge for scale, not for holding a feature hostage behind a higher tier.
- We will tell you what the product does not do. There is no GPS in RozFlow, no biometric, no app for your workers. If someone needs those, we are not the right product, and we would rather say so on the first call than on the thirtieth day.
- A person answers the phone. Monday to Friday, 9 to 6.
