Delete your RozFlow account

1. Who can ask

This page is for anyone with a RozFlow account: the contractor or business that signed up for the RozFlow app or website. It is run by Apothem IT Solutions LLP, the developer of RozFlow.

Are you a worker? Your details were entered by the contractor you work for, and that data belongs to them. Please ask them to remove you; they can delete your record in the app. If they don't, write to us and we will follow it up with them.

2. How to ask

1. Send us a request using the form below, or email contact@rozflow.com with the subject "Delete my RozFlow account", or WhatsApp +91 88880 88224. Use the phone number or email address registered on your account.
2. We confirm it's you. Within 2 working days we call or message your registered number to make sure the request is genuine. We will not delete an account until we have confirmed this.
3. We delete it. Your account and data are deleted within 30 days of confirmation, and we tell you when it's done.

3. What we delete

• Your account and login, and your business profile: name, business name, phone, email, address and GSTIN.
• Every worker record you entered: names, phone numbers, addresses, photos, roles and wage rates.
• Attendance, wage calculations, advances, kharchi and payout history.
• Any identity documents or other files you uploaded.

4. What we keep, and for how long

Indian tax and accounting law requires us to keep invoices and payment records for your RozFlow subscription. We keep only those records, only for as long as the law requires, and we use them for nothing else. They do not include any of your workers' data.

Everything else is deleted, or irreversibly anonymised so that it can't be linked back to you, within 30 days of confirming your request.

5. Before you go

• Export your data first. Once it's deleted we can't get it back. You can export your records from the app in Excel, PDF or CSV, or ask us to do it for you.
• Subscriptions: deleting your account ends your subscription. See our refund & cancellation policy for what happens to any amount you've already paid.
• Only want some data removed? You don't have to close your account. Tell us what you want removed, for example particular workers or a date range, and we'll do that instead.
