Plain summary: take the free trial first. If you pay and change your mind within 14 days, you get every rupee back, no questions. After 14 days the year is yours to use, and we don't refund it.
1. Try it before you pay
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial of the entire product. No card is required. We would much rather you found out RozFlow is not for you before any money changes hands — so please use the trial properly. Put your real workers in. Mark real hajeri. Run a real payout.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you subscribe and decide within 14 days of your first payment that RozFlow is not right for you, tell us and we will refund 100% of what you paid. You do not have to give a reason, and we will not argue with you.
3. After 14 days
Subscriptions are billed yearly, in advance. After the 14-day window, the subscription is non-refundable, including if you stop using RozFlow partway through the year.
You can still cancel at any time — cancelling stops the subscription from renewing, and you keep access until the end of the year you have paid for.
So, in short: the trial and the 14-day window are how you decide. Use them. Once those pass, treat the year as committed.
4. Cancelling
Call +91 88880 88224 or email contact@rozflow.com from your registered email address, with your business name and registered phone number. Your subscription will not renew, and you keep full access until your paid term ends.
5. If we fail you
This policy protects our revenue, not our mistakes. If RozFlow is unavailable for a prolonged period through our own fault, contact us — we will extend your subscription or refund the affected period. You should not have to ask twice.
6. How refunds are processed
- We acknowledge your request within 2 working days.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days.
- The money returns to the method you paid with, through Razorpay. Your bank may take a further 5–7 working days to show it.
7. When we won't refund
- Requests made more than 14 days after payment.
- Accounts terminated for a breach of our Terms of Service.
- Custom onboarding or development work already delivered.
8. Your data, whatever happens
You can export everything — workers, hajeri, payouts, expenses, reports — to Excel, PDF or CSV at any time, including after you cancel. We keep your data for 30 days after cancellation so you can retrieve it, then delete it.
